We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing; however, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and screen display. 3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Pellwalk reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or misuse of promotional offers. Cash on delivery is not available .

4. Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier or unforeseen circumstances. Pellwalk offers a 10-day return or replacement for eligible products and a 1-year leather warranty against manufacturing defects only. Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received damaged or defective.
